Please meet Corey, my personal trainer
I made a commitment to make a couple of things in my life. One of them - add weekly exercise to my routine. Late February I chose a couple of fitness boot camps to try out but as soon as I tried Corey's classes, I knew he was the man who would get me in shape. His classes are fun (he is FUN!), tailors exercises to the fitness level of the attendee, and brings a wide variety of exercise full of creativity that makes exercise more appealing.
After my first class, I was on pain killers for 7 days (2 pills every 4h and this is not a joke), 1 pill to sleep, and only God knows how I dragged myself to work (literally). This stage lasted for 7 days, but it was not enough to make me quit. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. 6amEDT Fitness bootcamp it is!
